Sarah Noël, founder
I have worked in real estate for more than 20 years. I started out working for property developers here on the Costa del Sol, and in 2017 I founded Protocolo Inmobiliario. Today, together with my team, we are back where it all began, knowing how a new development works from the inside and what buyers really need.
Behind this brand is a close-knit team, not a call centre: we handle every transaction as if it were our own.
How I work
- We only present developments we have visited in person.
- We work with you in English, Spanish and French.
- We guide you through the reservation, the contract and the notary signing.
- We work on the Costa del Sol and in the Axarquía, and in Madrid through client referrals.
What drives us is the moment someone opens the door to their home by the Mediterranean for the first time. The Costa del Sol offers light, sea and a quality of life that is hard to match; our job is to make getting here easy.
